Location is quieter than I expected - which is good for my sleep. Clean room, functional plumbing and fridge. No complaints at all.

Maybe take garbage out of the room after first night ( since we stayed two nights in row). But I saw large trash can in yard and took it myself.

The inside of the room was ok, they need a little maintenance as there was a loose shelf.

The out side and the stairs need some work, the pool was not available

I didn't stay there. It was a totally false misleading Website on Booking .Com I asked for refund Also,Called the Booking agency in New Yoek to get credited back The agency is nisleading also. I went to the Quality Inn instead

The facility and grounds were in poor shape. The stairs up to our room were treacherous. We had to ask for soap, no hairdryer, no clothes hangers, beat up vehicles with expired licenses & missing Ung windows in parking lot, etc

Sketchy place. My guard dog was up all night doing his job...Guarding.

It's a run down motel. Barely habitable.

The beds were so comfortable

This property was user friendly and like it was your back yard. We felt very comfortable and satisfied. We had a room on the end of the second floor around the corner. This turned out to be an excellent room because no one passes by. We also liked the access down to the lake to take photos. The room, bedding and towels smelled great and was very clean. Great bargain too!

The bed was comfortable.

The lock on the door is very cheap, the bathtub creaked whenever you moved in it, and it creak a lot. It was a bit unnerving. The shower suddenly went cold and then blazing hot. Their wasn’t much in the way of keeping things quiet. Was woken up at 5:30 by loud taking. The. Was just awake after that.

View, comfy bed, quiet, good TV. Clean

We like the location: very quiet and close to the lake and parks; highway I-90 is very close but you cannot hear it; rooms were very comfortable and clean. I love room set up with a wonderful bed and sofa/table combination. Small fridge and microwave were very helpful (we brought our own kettle, thus, because we drink tea/coffee a lot :)). Staff was good, especially the gentleman who was cleaning our room was very helpful. Gas station is right across the street from the hotel along with nice convenience store. We were able to grill outdoor (using our own portable grill, but hotel provides it for free as well). Made a day trip to Soap lake (30 minutes drive) with a stop at Columbia river scenic view.

The stairs were a little bit scary: we had two rooms on a second floor, and I was worried about my elderly parents using them all the time. The old waterless swimming pool is an eye sore right in a middle of the property: it's very small anyway, so maybe it could be replaced with jacuzzi or picnic/fire pit area. Property has separate houses as well that were not listed online, and we were interested to get the price on them but were told that they are first come first served which is not an option when you need to drive 3 hours from home. The lake access could be more friendly: it was really nice and well lit at night but a bit isolated. I would appreciate rental stuff like paddle boards or catamarans. But, in general it was still a very pleasant stay.

Good air-conditioning. Although it was close to the freeway we didn't hear the traffic. Comfortable beds.

While we couldn't hear the freeway occasionally we could feel the bed vibrating from trucks going by. The first time this happened it was a little disconcerting!

The beds and pillows were wonderful.

The greedy staff. They kept changing the charges. Then after we left they tried to charge another 100.00

The rooms were clean & the air conditioning worked great

I wish the pool was operational
