Staff wearer not al all friendly, there was not in room dinning and then when I went down for dinner they got the order wrong and the food which came was poor.

Staff was excellent

Hotel and room were very clean and modern. And the hotel was convenient to I-91 and to Yale.

Breakfast was not included. A little expensive at $15.00 pr person. There is a Hilton Homeward Suites nearby that I prefer (larger rooms including kitchen) but had no availability for my dates.

Breakfast is a joke this guy have no idea what they doing it is just a very low quality unlocked scrambled egg and a bowl of pineapple with part of pineapple skin on that no other fruits just serial and some cookies all from lowest and cheapest you can buy from Walmart room was bad with seeds of fruit remaining from previous guests wifi is very bad and they constantly push you to pay for wifi which that one is bad too room service dose not exist they never cleaned my room they never bring me a new set of fresh towel what ever you have you are stock with that they are under staff and to my experience staff need better training they try their best but they are very young without any senior or more experienced manager just think a group of high school students trying their best to run the hotel
