Good breakfast with plenty of seating.

Enjoyed the breakfast. The airport shuttle was great!!

Issue with the toilet

good location,clean,lots of resturants and shopping

all hotels need to make it quite after 10 pm loud people in the hallways make it hard to sleep

Location is convenient and by all the shops in the area. Staff was consistently friendly. Hotel itself was clean. Was always space in the parking lot.

Room felt a little dated and the A/C unit seemed to never stay quiet. Pool area wasn't in service but you could go to the hotel next door and use theirs. Breakfast was light and they could have used another waffle maker as a line formed for the one they did have.

Nice room, convenient to shops and restaurants.

Room was clean and the hotel is close to the airport with a shuttle that drops you off which was very convenient.

Power went out while we were there and the room got hot but it was restored fairly quickly.

The location is everything. Minutes to the Mall and close to airport. Plus Ihop is next door.

Cleaning needs to be stepped up. I cleaned counter tops with Clorox wipes...they could have done a better job.

Our room did not have hot water we were told they would send maintenance by the time we were ready to checkout they still hadn’t arrived. Also, the desk attendant seemed unfamiliar with 3rd party booking (Booking.com) and was unable to check us in. She said I’d have to call Booking.com which I did and they spoke to the attendant and explained the process. It was a total waste of 30 minutes for us as we were trying to get to an event.
