Loved the place soo much so calm and relaxing! Location in quite and safe area, everything was easy to find. Free parking on premises, free access to 2 beach clubs, that gives you chairs& umbrellas as well as the beach towels- super service and the beach is not overcrowded. When You are tired of ocean or just one to sit outside and chill next to the pool in beach house its possible& relaxing. the kitchenette is equipped with basic needs to be able to cook breakfast for yourself and some quick meals, just maybe grab some olive oil in nearby store :) we also were happy to use the free bicycles at the beach house to drive around the island, it was really nice! also a tip for runners, you can run both directions of island and get some running in shade and nice greenery, recommend!

this is a real nice apartment in a good location. it also comes with free access to the Grand Bay Beach Club from Tue to Fri, which is a real plus.

Everything was perfect. The beach access and pool were the icing on the cake for the perfect relaxation getaway.

convenient location, walkable to stores and restaurants, with bikes also available. great to have on-site coin-op laundry. LOVED the pool; wished it were open a little bit later in the evening.

the A/C was finnicky; really everything was a little finnicky. The A/C didn't really work to temperature; you had to turn it down until it came on and then up until it went off. that left the place either in the 50s or the high 70s and muggy, with no in-between. The cable connecting TV and cable box was loose but the TV was hung on wall. so I had to jiggle the wires for a couple of minutes every time we turned it on to get signal. There were no bars in the bathroom on which to hang towels or toilet paper.

The alarm did not let me sleep the first two nights. There was nobody to call at the desk. Finally I found a maintenance person who was very nice and fixed it. The lady at the desk was very rude when I told her I could not sleep for two nights.

A last-minute booking for a relaxing weekend at Key Biscayne, which turned out to be perfect. Very quick and easy to book. Great communication from Elizabeth throughout, which made gaining access and leaving easy. Perfect location near the beach and the shops. Great beach access at the end of the road and two beach clubs to chose from. And a great little apartment, equipped with everything you could need …. Thank you!

Good location for the purpose of our trip, very nice pool, quiet spot.

The bathroom caulking was stained/moldy and needed redoing, the floors were needed cleaning - walking on them made our bare feet dirty. The furnishings were on the cheap side, and generally uncomfortable (including the beds). The lighting was a bit harsh in places and inadequate in others. No dishwasher.
