The cleanest, most comfortable place we stayed the entire visit to Alaska. Kitchenette was completely furnished with everything we wanted. The grocery store across the street and restaurants near by. The first thing we saw was a bear in the grocery parking lot. The little museum had a fantastic display in chilkoot weaving and designs. Better than Juneau or Sitka. The cab didn't start until after the time we had to be at the dock for our transportation, so the manager got up very early to help us make our boat departure. This place is amazing!!!!! Great town with great people.

I had to unexpectedly extend my stay and they were very accommodating.

Spacious, clean room, very friendly staff and great location!!

We liked everything about our stay, but maybe if there was a choice of King beds, bc the bed was not very big.

The location and the ability to prepare your own meals which was critical since few restaurants are open during November. Also, the staff was always friendly and helpful

Everything was perfect

Wonderful and helpful staff. Anything I needed! Clean rooms and property, laundry facilities (3 washers), plenty of water pressure and nice sized rooms. Pillows varied in firmness. :)

Kitchen tools were a little worn and some utensils were missing. I’m sure staff would have rectified if I’d needed it addressed. Tv had few channels and WiFi wasn’t very strong. However, it was included and the town in general doesn’t seem to have strong signal.
