Pool was great with great staff and plenty of spaces to read and relax. Lobby was very welcoming

Once again when I checked in, they said I did not have a reservation there and that you did not send it to them. They made me make a new reservation and pay there through Hilton so please do not bill me because they said you never gave them the reservation, the last time I went, they said you spelt my name wrong and that’s why they didn’t have the reservation I have stayed there three times and had unbelievable difficulty at check-in. Please make sure I was not charged by both you and them.

Love the feel of a resort vs a hotel with a pool. The outdoor spaces are wonderful. We enjoyed easy snacks, coffee, food at Provisions. The staff are helpful and kind.

Helaas was er een verbouwing aan de gang. Hier werd ik pas van op de hoogte gebracht toen ik het had geboekt. Had graag van het zwembad gebruik willen maken wat helaas niet kon.

We were super disappointed that we weren't notified in advance that there was no pool area and that the hotel was under that much construction . I saw the pool area online and it was SPECTACULAR and was one of the main reasons we picked this particular hotel. we came in town for a concert for the night and wanted to lay out at the pool get some lunch and have a few drinks . Also the construction woke us up really early and was so loud that we packed and left immediately I don't think its fair that this information was left out, nor did anyone tell us upon arrival that there would be no pool area and the place was under construction we found all this out after we had already checked in

The rooms are surprisingly upmarket for a Hilton. Very comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The location is great too

No bathrobe and slippers in the room, no kettle in the room. The valet kept my car outside over night so it was all wet and $40 for parking is expensive. Should be free in a 5 star hotel. Thats America I guess. No doorman who is rushing to help

Great pool Rooms are typical for Hilton. Mine was a bit "old dated" and would need some freshen up but was very clean. Location in West palm is very good.
