The breakfast was hearty and made fresh. There was a lovely lady who greeted all travelers with a smile every morning. Fresh eggs, sausage and coffee with no questions asked. Plenty of beverage choices.

There was a peculiar smell in our hall, but it’s probably just from the building being a bit older. The lake view with the docked ships was pretty neat!

Price, Location, hot tub was hot one night but not the first night.

Wi-Fi was horrible. needed to use hot spot with my phone. No in room coffee.

Clean .but ,I was charged a 100.00 Deposit . after, I was already charged for the room 210.00 as the totally quote .when, I went to talk to the lady at the front desk about the charge she said they didn't taken it yet. but we agreed to a 100 dollar cleaning Deposit knowing .when ,you signed and pay for the room you are told if you smoke or ect in the room you get Charged 150 cleaning fees....So what was I charged for I didn't have a smoking room and there was no smoking so I better get my Money Back..

Room wasn't very clean

The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot, and when my husband and I went down, we were told more eggs were being made fresh for us and some of the other patrons that had arrived. Coffee was fantastic! The room was clean and neat, and the tv channel selection varied. It had snowed earlier before we arrived, but the parking lot was well maintained and easy to find parking. My husband and I definitely want to come back to Manistee and when we do, we'll be staying at the Manistee hotel.

Our friends stayed at another hotel down the street, and they had more complaints about their stay than we did. Which is easy to say because my husband and I have none!

No shampoo and conditioner 😒

The price was good. Room was clean on arrival.

Our room was not serviced at all during our stay so the trash was over full had to get clean towels from the pool area for our second and third days stay.
