Groot hotel met ruime en nette kamers. Het openluchtzwembad en 24/7 fitness zijn leuke extraatjes. De badkamer is ruim en netjes. Prima bedden en hoofdkussens.

Het ontbijt kon beter. Er was weinig keuze en de keuze die er was, was niet top. De bagels waren bv heel erg droog, het vers fruit zag er niet lekker uit. We hadden meer verwacht voor een Hyatt.

Breakfast was excellent.

The write ups of the property stated you have a restaurant. It was not a restaurant. So tiny and overrated. The parking could be better. You were under construction and was not mentioned. Other than that it was a good property to stay. Also the shuttle information could have been better. It was confusing. It runs every 30 minutes.

BED COULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE, FELT LIKE A CARDBOARD BOX I WAS LAYING ON.

The room and facilities were great! Very nice place to stay! Breakfast was good too!

The outside trashes were always overflowing.. and the breakfast was slim.. the staff did a great job trying to keep up with the rush, but most times it was slim pickins

Very good location for our trip because we were going to the Utah Olympic Park and the shopping center was very close as well. Nice rooms with good beds, good breakfast and even had free appetizers in lobby before supper.

The multiple building setup was a little annoying with a lot of walking to get to main lobby

The facility was comfortable and clean.

The bed was too firm. It was difficult to exit the property and travel toward I80 and Kimball Junction. The cold French Toast and waffles were not appetizing. The accessibility of the bowls for fruit was poor. In fact, the fruit was frozen and inedible.
