It was clean and good for a one night stay.

Broken furniture, torn bedspreads, front desk staff not friendly, couldn’t make changes like the other holiday inn express in Byron which was nicer.

The breakfast was great. I loved the staff! The hotel had so many personal touches! It seemed like the staff really took pride in their work and cared about their guests.

Room had a divot in the rug at the end of the bed. Also, a huge pretty useless chaise lounge in the corner. Looked like room had recently been shifted to one side, leaving no electrical plugs on one side of the bed. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and room had a sour smell.

I enjoyed the breakfast , the food and drinks, very good location , surrounds and the lightings.

In room 210 where i spent 2 nights, the small refrigerator did not get cold enough for drinks , (water, sodas tea etc ) . the lighting over the bathroom sink could be brighter for shaving and applying makeup ,I'm a carpenter so i notice detail

We love staying here. The staff is wonderful.

The pool was closed. There was no warning or info that was given before the stay. Honestly, that will make us find a place with a heated or indoor pool in the future, which is sad because we have stayed here several times and love everything about it, but we also have a person that is all about the pool when we travel. We come to town 4-6 times a year and had hopes this was going to be our “go to” hotel.

Location was perfect ! worked for all of our needs .

I loved that the property was clean and inviting. And that executive king room was huge!

No complaints

Soon as you walk in you can smell the cleanliness of the lobby. Everything was in order and staff accomodated nicely and immediately. Fantastic place!

Location is not the best but not the hotels fault. Still, very clean!
