This property was ver clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was extremely nice. I will stay here again when visiting Ruston.

The receptionist, Ms. Black, was noticeably attentive and professional. The room my girlfriend and I purchased was clean and spacious. The bed was soft with plenty of sheets underneath. There were wall plugs near the bed with wall lamps above. A flat screen T.V. with satellite channels plus HBO and Cinemax was provided. Our experience with the bathroom was splendid with plenty of towels, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

construction going on early on Sunday morning, hallway was hot, ran out of hot breakfast Sunday morning due to ball teams staying on the property. I had better stay last time I was here for a cheaper price than this time.

the hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Ms Stacey! would recommend to friends and family. cannot wait to return next year! Ms. Stacey loved interacting with all 10 of our girls that were in our group, and our girls loved Ms Stacey!

Stacy at front desk was awesome! She was excellent at customer service! Overall great stay will be back.

Laundry room was dirty and dryer didn't dry very well. Breakfast was not Holiday Inn Express's Standard, at 715am hardly any eggs, no meat, no yogurt, Few potatoes. Very limited selection.

The space in the lobby and kitchen/dining area is very clean and well maintained. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the facilities. The price is a little high to me.
