The shuttle service from/to airport and Mall of America was perfect. Lobby area and front desk superb Room and bathroom modern and clean Cafe and seating inside and out was very good

Everything except the shuttle from the airport is NOT accessible. I was told they could send an accessible pick up but they don’t make this known.

So if you have scent allergies or accessibility issues and need the shuttle. Know that you can ask for a scent free room and an accessible shuttle to and from the airport.

Honestly, the whole experience was great but what was exceptional was the customer service. The front desk their was one guy that help me and just by far best customer service I've seen in a long time. And the food was amazing.

Parking is so easy. We spent the night before an extended trip and had arranged to leave our car there until we return. The shuttle to the airport was hassle free.

The restaurant /bar was outstanding both the breakfast and dinner options . The extra precautions for added security was nice as well

Location was perfect!! And having shuttle to the MOA is absolutely what we needed!! Room was extremely clean and every employee we encountered was friendly!! We saw employees cleaning constantly it was amazing to see!! Great job everyone it was definitely a very pleasant stay!!

The only thing I didn't care for was the air freshener that housekeeping uses smells like vanilla to me and that was a little overwhelming.. and I feel for as many rooms that are in the hotel , the pool was rather small.. but overall everything was still a 10plus

The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff was very kind and our room was clean, large and comfortable. Easy to find right off the highway.

The first night I was there my car window was smashed and my car was literally stolen from the parking lot. Upon talking to the front desk I was informed there are no cameras that face or are in the parking lot. Ridiculous. I was asked to fill out an incident report to the hotel and was shocked when a manager never contacted or came up to talk with me. The kids at the front desk were nice and kind but I am so disappointed in management. I understand that these actions in reference to my stolen car have nothing to do with Hyatt but when you are required to pay 10.00 a day to park in your hotels private lot I do expect some security and accountability. Other than a water bottle and an I’m sorry from the front desk staff they did absolutely nothing. So much for a relaxing moms weekend away. My entire full day there was spent filling out police reports, contacting insurance and going to see my totaled car at the Minneapolis impound lot. I honestly couldn’t believe when it came payment time they charged me the full amount for our two night stay. Talk about horrible customer service.

I waited 45 minutes fir shuttle. Then my room was not cleaned after I told them that I needed housekeeping services.

We didn't know we would be charged an extra $100 for a security deposit was not listed on the site

The only good thing about this property is it location and staff.

This hotel is like or worse the. Hyatt place. It’s not a 4 Star Hyatt Regency caliber. The bed was horrible. There is no desk in the room to work. The ambience looks like a glorified motel. I guess it’s primarily purpose is for mall of America. But it is misleading as “Hyatt Regency “. Someone should check its 4 rating as it claims. The club room was a mess with no cleaning. Will never stay here again for sure!
