I thought I was staying at the Cottages at Bay Harbor, not across the street at a cottage on a golf course!!! I could swear the picture of my cottage had water in it, not a view of a golf course.

The fact that when I checked in at 7:00 p.m. at night I was told I was staying at Bay Harbor property but across the street. That was never my intention to stay across the street not even close to the water!!!

Great facilities and friendly staff. The cottage was a perfect size for my family of 5.

We loved the convenience of being in a cottage and having privacy and a full kitchen.

I thought it was right next to the Inn.

The cottage was dated and dirty. I had to go out and buy cleaning sullies to clean the cottage. The closest in the main bedroom was broken. The sink was dirty the curtains had fresh stains on them. It was red in color but did not appear to be blood. The counter top was sticky and there were food crumbs on the chairs.... for $1600 for three nights I would have expected a much cleaner and kept up cottage. The bathrooms were all dated and so was the furniture. I would not for spent more than $250 a night for what we got. The only reason that high was because of the location...
