The bell person rushed over bags to ferry dock to allow an early departure..

The hotel from pictures ex.. looked like a Victorian property, however, was a only on outside. Inside was standard hotel.. Nice but did not meet my expectations for look nor price.

Great location on main street with a really nice brewery/restaurant next door. Very close to ferry docks. Check out the common guest balcony on the 3rd floor-amazing view!

The location is great. The large front porch with rocking chairs was delightful.

We had a portable a/c unit in our room that was very loud. We finally shut it off and opened the window.

It was very comfortable.

The bathroom was very nice but couldn’t figure out the shower. Called maintenance and someone came right away. He showed us how to use it.

Location was nice. Convenient. Staff very friendly at front desk.

Beds aren’t very comfortable. The shower has handles that were broken/not flush to the wall. For $350 was a bit steep for no microwave or fridge and size of room. The whirlpool was a bit dirty.

We could hear a crying baby in the next room. Not what you want to deal with when you pay so much money for a room.

A little cleaner around the edges

Very modern bathroom and large. Liked the setup of the room, elegant and well put together. The the gentleman who handled our luggage was sooo kind and knowledgeable, and funny.

Mold on bathroom ceiling Guests above us sounded like a herd of elephants dancing, probably kids and thin walls. Beds too high, difficult for even a 5'4" person.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful. The beds were clean and soft. We had a lovely view of the streets from our hotel room. Everything we needed for our stay was provided for us. I love that they take care of our luggage for us. The ladies at the front counter were also so sweet, I felt happy to be there.

So a major issue I had was how the light can easily go through the window blinds. I went to bed late and woke up at 7 because the room was too bright. I wished the blinds blocked the light out. I also wish I knew to keep the fan running to block out the sounds I was going to hear in the morning. The walls are so thin that I could hear everything outside our rooms, including people on the street. There was also a maid who kept opening and shutting the door next out room, which drove me a bit mad. So overall, I barely got any sleep that night.

It was very clean and the staff was very good even though we checked in during a very big rush. The location was wonderful, right on Main Street and it has a big porch for relaxing.

The beds were quite hard and the spa was not working. Otherwise, it was WONDERFUL!

We understand not being able to have made service and having to put our trash and our towels outside the door. But when the maid who didn't seem very happy brought up pool towels which we all know are not the same softness or quality as bath towels. She just didn't seem happy with her job.
