It was very close to the hospital I had surgery at, and everything was clean and that made it easy to begin recovery

The room next door had two dogs bark at any movement; however, they were quiet during the night. The concierge was so sweet checking us out and gave a discount for the noise.

The reason I come back is because the staff is friendly and it’s quiet. It seems a good value for the money.

I’m a little disappointed in the rooms. I have stayed here for work. There has been something wrong with every room. The garbage disposal drained into the dishwasher in my last room. The light in the kitchen is out in the room I’m in now. There’s one fork and no frying pan. The dishes are never emptied out of the dishwashers. This time there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I think a standard list of kitchen items should be available and a standard cleaning routine should be followed.

Most of the staff is amazing. They are very engaging. When i slipped and fell on ice outside their door, the staff the next morning gave me an ice pack. They also asked me how I was doing daily. The GM is very nice.

One particular staff member who sat on their phone continuously and had a slight attitude like I was bothering them.

The woman at the counter at check in and out was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and nice and we really enjoyed our interaction with her.

There’s not much to do/see/eat in the immediate area. It was a home football game weekend, so prices were double (or more) the fair price. At least the price gouging came with good service.

No housekeeping during our four-day stay, had to go to the lobby to get towels & toilet paper.

There was water damage and mold in the two different rooms we were offered. It was making us so sick that we left within 15-20 minutes. The second room was even worse with an obvious smell of severe water damage.

They offered a shuttle to take us to and from Notre Dame Stadium. The bus was very nice and clean, recommend using this option!

Krista was a phenomenal manager very friendly and outgoing the sleep was amazing I never sleep good in hotels this one was great a nice quiet location I like the little gazebo in the front to relax I would definitely stay there again

room was not clean especially the bathroom. mold in shower and dirty dishes in dishwasher. coffee pot in room did not work and had to be replaced. no Kleenex in bathroom.
