The young lady working the front desk was so nice to me. The breakfast she set out was nice and fresh. A very pleasant stay because of her.

I had some very noisy people above me one night, but they calmed their children down pretty early. That was nobody's fault. And the people next to me were kinda scary, also nobody's fault. Rooms need some paint, and bathrooms need to be updated.

The rooms are always clean and the hot breakfast is good. Plus lots of other breakfast items. The on-site Manager, Mary, was a nice, friendly person.

This is not the facility fault, however, the person above me was very loud in the very early morning getting ready to leave. And, I was quoted a AAA discount and it didn’t show on my receipt. I didn’t notice till I was gone so that’s on me. You just need to be more careful with other travelers. That $5-$6 dollar discount is very helpful.

Breakfast poor. Not replenished. Bathroom is incredibly small, door would not open as it hit on the shower curtain rail. fridge did not work. No staff to check out with. No facilities close by. Very run down area.

when I came to check in the front desk was on a personal phone call and had me waiting to check in till she was done with her phone call there was all kinds of hairs in my bed and just low quality I could of stayed at the baymount for the same price

Had been here 5 yrs ago already. Good as last time.

Location was good.

There were doors that were damaged, toilet and bathtub constantly ran water, ac was loud and rattled.

Room was clean, no odors, and reasonably quiet. The tv was a little small, but it worked and the remote worked and the channel selection was good, The breakfast was minimal, but adequate, and the person who both checked me in and out was friendly.

Being able to park right outside the room. The fresh fruit for breakfast.

The people at the desk were not friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Staff or Clerk was wonderful! Sergei! He was helpful friendly and kind!

I would easily stay there again.

Room was standard, nothing fancy. Breakfast had hot food (scrambled eggs and sausages), a waffle maker, cereals, milk, and apples. The juice machine was out of order when I was there. There was however nobody else eating breakfast both times I ate there at around 8:30am - much different from similar motels where the breakfast area is usually pretty crowded, and I'm not sure why. There is decent food nearby. I chose this motel because of its proximity to Petrified Forest National Park, and the location did not disappoint.

Receptionist wasn't very friendly. Holbrook in general looks quite sad and rundown. But note that this motel is on the main road north of the main district, and so isn't really in the main part of the town.
