Great location - within walking distance to the old town (10 mins) but not right in the center where it can get crowded and busy Staff - everyone was very warm , welcoming and super helpful. Thank you especially to all the front desk staff who showed us great hospitality even though it was Tet Cozy - hotel is not too big and has more of a boutique vibe which is nice Breakfast - decent selection of food with both western and Vietnamese options

Only 1 complaint which is the Fitness center. The hotel listing mentions a fitness center but it’s just a small room with barely any equipment (the treadmill wasn’t working when I was there). Not great if you want to keep your fitness routine while on holiday.

We couldn’t fault the property and what made our stay all the more pleasurable was the wonderful staff of Joe the Manager, Nancy, Chau, Nam and Hana. Those were the most notable but everyone else was genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel was slightly further away from the frenetic action than many others but as we came to realise, Hoi An is not the quiet, sleepy little town we visited 10 years ago and it was a relief after a long night at the markets and the centre of action to be getting closer and closer out of the noisy end of town. It’s very nice sitting peacefully on the balcony overlooking the river and letting the swarms of Chinese tourists and off key Karaoke singers do their thing without impinging on us lovers of silence. To us, Laluna was the perfect Hotel for our preferences and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We are looking forward to planning our next holiday here and extending our stay to 10 days.

There was nothing could comment on that detracted from our stay at Laluna.

Laluna has perfect hospitality and location. Walking distance to eateries and night market. The rooms are big and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast as there were many vegetarian options.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt was lekker. Ook bij vroeg vertrek naar de luchthaven kregen we een ontbijtpakket mee. Heel aardig!

Het internet is vaak wat langszaam, maar dat is in Zuid-Oost Azië vaak het geval.

Great hotel in a really excellent location. The room and pool area were lovely and breakfast was very good.

We were in a room opposite the stairwell and it could be a little noisy at night. While the staff were really lovely, it felt a little pushy at check out to use their car service and to provide feedback.

I cannot speak more highly for this hotel. From the moment we were greeted by Ms Nancy and the other staff to the moment we left - we were treated like royalty! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and quaint with magical views of the river in front. The room was comfortable, clean and luxurious for such an exceptional price. The hotel also helped us with organising activities and we had a massage which was great. I cannot recommend Laluna enough and we will certainly be staying here again upon our return to Hoi An!

Good Location, Breakfast was good, Hotel staff were good especially the duty manager, he went out of his way to make sure our stay was very nice

We had a top floor room which was lovely with a balcony overlooking the river, but unfortunately there was also a staff storage room on another floor above and there was lots of noise coming from above in the morning plus cleaning staff making lots of noise going up & down the stairs from 7am every morning, Maybe they could use another storage room & remove their shoes or use different footwear when going up & down the stairs to reduce the noise at such an early time in the morning.

Very comfortable stay and good location, it was close to the Hoi An night markets and just a short 10min walk to the main city area. The hotel manager, Nam, was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

No iron in the room, but they have ironing services.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Out of the Old Town so less noise. Options for tours.

i love the location of the place. it is away from the night market so it is not that bustling and noisy yet it is near enough to walk to the attractions and night market. The staffs were helpful and friendly particularly Nam and Nancy. Breakfast was great too. omelet was good

Laluna is very well located in a quiet area along the river. It’s so close to everything you want to see and within a walk but by night seems a world away from the hustle and bustle.

Rooms are quite small for the money in comparison to other offerings in the area.

The AC in my room wasn't working, but I was upgraded to a different room, so that's good.
