We enjoyed the delicious, gourmet, breakfast each day! Our cottage was in a great location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, & the Intrigue theater magic show. Eureka Springs is unique. It is a charming, hilly, eclectic, town!

The breakfast was fabulous both days. It was so well prepared and the dining room was gorgeous. Rick and Cherie are perfect hosts and the staff was friendly and courteous.

We honestly have no complaints and cant think of a single thing that needed to be changed or fixed. The bathroom was adequately stocked, the shower and tub was incredible.

Everything was great. The hummingbirds hanging out on the patio were an amazing bonus.

It was delicious and service was excellent! We felt pampered the entire time we were there. The office was open until 8:00 pm where we got soft drinks, bottled water and ice they any time we needed them. There was no extra charge for anything. There were snacks provided during the day located on the patio area. A special gift to everyone were the beautiful hummingbirds putting on a show for us, as well as variety of birds and squirrels!! Our hosts were outstanding and made our stay here a beautiful time!!

We really enjoyed the gourmet breakfast in the morning. They have a beautiful outdoor space with lots of birdfeeders. Was fun to talk to the owners about Eureka Springs.

The outside stairs were hard for me to climb.

Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, hosts Rick & Cheri couldn't have been more warm & welcoming The room was perfect, cozy, updated, comfy bed. All the guests tended to wander over to the deck in the trees mornings & evenings to watch the hummingbirds feed & mingle. Met some fascinating people from all over! Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff that wanted to accomodate guests. Delicious homemade breakfast food that was brought to the room. Room had fire place and chairs to sit in. The room was spacious. Homemade goodies/drinks available in the office every day. Parking was easy. Great recommendations on local restaurants etc.

Decor was dated and looked like it hadn't ever been updated. Shower was very tiny. Bed was ok, comfort wise.
