La habitación estaba muy bien distribuida. El servicio muy amable (front desk)
Bastante silencio y estacionamiento disponible. A+
Solo estuve una noche. No hay mucho que evaluar negativo.

Close to travel areas.
Cleanliness of towels (pet hair), residents smoking Marijuana in their rooms, people heard running down the hallways, less than great WiFi, no streaming channels on TV.

I booked a room with two queen beds, but at the time I arrived only a room with one single bed was available.
I left the hotel, and walked around the area checking the neighboring hotels until I found a room.

the staff there is not knowledgeable and the general manager was not there all the time. I booked one room with two beds through booking.com. They gave us two rooms with one bed because they didn’t have enough rooms with two beds. The front desk told us one of them should be for free and she even checked with the manager on the phone. We ended up getting charged for two rooms. I tried to call back multiple times for them to resolve the problem but the manager always cannot be reached.

Great room was set up for both my office time as well as place to sit and lounge
Bed was kind of squeaky
8.0 / 10.0
Quiet, comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchenette, an extremely friendly person at the front desk (it was evening)
The hotel was way overpriced, due to commencement at the University of Illinois - every hotel in the area does take advantage of that, not just them

Location was convenient. Room was big and as advertised. Full size refrigerator was great. Nice dishes and staples. It was a very good price through booking.com.
Stovetop knob was broken and unusable. Kitchen area floor was sticky. Room and common areas were all very worn.

The location was close to UIUC and the price fit our budget
They seem to be remodling and there were large items wrapped in holiday paper in the lobby.

the kitchenette was great!
how far it was from downtown Urbana.

The manager was nice enough and got us a new room.
Upon arrival, we were told the elevator makes a loud sound that they were aware of and they are awaiting parts. The clunk at the end of the elevator ride was enough to scare me who isn't really afraid of elevators. I can't imagine what someone with a bit if a fear would feel like. I'm glad they at least warned us. We were in a room with a cracked tub which was covered with black electrical tape and the room was very run down BUT... this seemed to be a Booking.com issue because they put us in a hotel that said they were at capacity. The hotel put us in a subpar room which was the only one they had that night. The hotel is starting to upgrade everything and all of the supplies were stacked in the lobby. It isn't a very welcoming sight when you walk in. The manager called me in the morning, on my day trip to Chicago, to complain to me and ask me to call Booking.com and ask them to release the payment to the hotel. I didn't feel this is my job, so I didn't interrupt my day with my son, whom I see for a few days a year, to do it. By the time we got back that night, the problem was resolved. I did feel like that was pretty unprofessional. The next nights, we were moved to another room, the shower curtain rod and the shower itself were both falling off the wall in this room but it was much better than the other. Like I said though, they talked about renovations soon. There is no continental breakfast but there is a Panera near by. We left a day early and couldn't get ahold of anyone at Booking.com to get a refund for the day we didn't stay. The hotel said Booking.com needed to give it. I disagree...I was told the money was released to the hotel. So the hotel should have been able to refund our payment.

There was no breakfast, and when you walk in the lobby there were crates all over we were told they are remodeling.
Our rooms were assigned to each other a floor apart, after complaining they did manage to put us on the same floor two rooms apart. Disappointed as one of our parties was alone. Ended up in a handicap room which was ok, but neither room had a luggage stand.

Sink leaks for around ten days. Talked with payment back and forth. Got things done two months after checking out.

quiet safe
adequate parking
Full kitchenette with convenience like ice maker and dishwasher 😃
Clerk and staff was always nice and helpful. Did not mind at all helping me with my problem in my room of needing clean linens. Easy exchanging and getting new towels.
housekeeping missed placing CLEAN bed linens during cleaning of room. Clerk was always nice and accommodating. I just went down or called and asked for a change of bed linens and they brought them too me. Not a hassle getting clean towels and linens if needed. (That part is good.)
Con: I don’t think the internet service is very secure. Not as safe so use caution with that.
Last night there I came back from work and found a big stink bug on my pillow. No idea how it got there but it definitely lived up to its name.

This place was awful! There was trash all over the grounds, the dumpster area had furniture laying around it, none of the exit doors worked. The staff was unfriendly and wore improper attire. The room was dirty...stains and tears on furniture and carpet, the kitchen had only 1 burner that worked, and worst of all was bed bugs on the beds (which we didn't realize until we left and we started itching like crazy and found bug bites all over us. Also, this was supposed to be a handicap room and it was impossible for me to fit my wheelchair and walker in the bathroom. We spent the majority of our time trying to work the super small tv that looked like it was from the early 90s. This is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I took several pictures and plan on contacting the company that owns it. Do not stay here!
Huh, where do I start. The list of improvements is too long to type. The pictures below don't do this awful room/hotel justice. Do not stay here!

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and safe. Will definitely stop again. The shower was strong and hot-as good as mine at home!
