The water pressure and hot water. Easy check in and check out.

A man was in our room (perhaps maintenance?) when we checked in. He wasn’t cleaning staff. Bathroom floor was filthy and trash left on the floor (dirty toilet paper and plastic bag). The area in general felt unsafe. Far too many pieces of random furniture in the room that just take up space. Served us fine for a one nighter before heading to the airport for $100 CAN … but if that’s the standard …

The room was filthy. Hair all over the bed. Pistachio shells everywhere. There was a gross sticky puddle next to the bed. It was listed when we booked the hotel had an outdoor pool and free breakfast, the hotel had neither of these things.

There was no breakfast. The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled of mold. YOU SHOULD REMOVE this property. It is not habitable!!

Clean room would have been better. Clean/fresh air would have been better. If you value your reputation, you should remove this property from your listing.

TV did not work, room smelled like old furniture odor and a bleach like urine smell. there were street people hanging around the premises. the staff acted like they did not care, no breakfast or coffee. for the money it was not worth it

Location was fine, and new Milan restaurant next door was a pleasant surprise

We did not like anything. We had a terrible time. We will not be staying here again and I will not be using booking.com again to book a hotel.

The room was dirty. There was dog hair on the table and bed. The room had an odd smell. Water came out of the showerhead orange. The next morning no one was in the office to help us with our issue. Booking.com’s pictures and reviews made it seem a lot nicer than it was. We paid for two nights and only stayed one after no one came to the counter to help us.
