I didn’t really like being on the 3rd floor (out of 8 hotel floors) with no view except a very poor looking roof top :( Not the greatest- the hotel did not seem at full capacity, but IDK, only a minor disappointment.

Bookings ad was miss leading. There were no microwaves in the rooms only in suites. Your add and room that o booked said there was a microwave which was important to my booking. I spoke with reception and said microwaves are only available I. Their suites and booking.com ad was misleading. Also their downstairs Resturant service was horrible. Ordered a hamburger and was surprised that onion and tomato was missing. I was told there was a .50 up charge and I needed to ask for it. The waitress never mentioned this charge. Also the bed of lettuce, that my burger was sitting on was wilted, unclean and the edges brown. Yuck!!!! My husband was given cream that was not refrigerated as told by the waitress after he had already put in his coffee and not before: She then replenished afterwards. Horrible service. After complaining about my meal, they did refund me my meal.

The view from.the room was great. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and our room was very clean.

The room was wonderful. The view was really neat. The food for breakfast and lunch was delicious. The experience was one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

The water in the pool was cold. The wifi was giving us trouble hooking up, but we still had a great stay.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and downtown location was convenient.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool that's why we went there

I was charged double for half of the stay and the staff was very rude

Staff was very friendly..Helpful with directions to places in the area. Room was a bit small to move around in but very clean. Loved the cookies we were given..Bathroom was very clean. Shower was nice.

We didnt use the pool as it was smelled so bad of chlorine we couldn't breathe. Would of liked if we had a ice machine and microwave on our floor. We had to.go down a floor to get ice and to use the microwave.

This hotel was such a good value. It was modern, clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy. I prefer tile in hotel rooms and this had carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful and even had cookies for us when we arrived. We would have loved to have breakfast but the buffet closed at 9am, and we had just gotten up so were unable to eat at restaurant. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jamestown!

The breakfast was great, lots of choices for whatever type of food you want. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. No fault of the hotel, but there are not a lot of places to eat nearby and the town seemed kind of abandoned.

Very clean and modern. Rooms were big and beds comfortable.

Coffee pot kept leaking, and one of the outlets did not work. Other than that, I would stay there again.

it was very clean and looked like things had been updated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - I love fruit and they had berries and fresh pineapple which I love. You have option of hot and cold breakfast. Our only issue was dinner at the Hilton both nights. The first issue was the first night. We got there at 8:00 and ordered we were still waiting at 9:00 pm for our dinners . The bartender comped our dinners because of the delay. Food was very good. Second night, due to a new waitress, my salad came with dressing on it and I sent it back… 20 minutes later, I still had not gotten it. Bartender interceded and apologized and comped my dinner. But the food was great when we got it. We are staying at another Hilton because we knew we would arrive late and not feel like going anywhere. The Double Tree by Hilton was close the the Lucy & Desi museum and also the National Comedy center. we enjoyed our stay in Jamestown.

my only thing I noticed is the parking area needs painted and fixed.
