Was not overly impressed with much. The guy who check us in was nice. Happy they accept dogs.

Was pretty run down. Breakfast was "OK" but could be a little better, better cereal for kids. Girl at desk looked like she was sleeping when I had to ask for more milk because the container was empty.

The pillows.

That the staff was racist, burges in my room and kicks me out for waisting their water, because I took a shower. Tried to say the room smelled like weed which it didn’t.

Having a nice size room for our 3 yr old to run around an play. The staff was very friendly. An lastly having a hot breakfast! Plus we came down about 8:30, breakfast ends at 9, an the eggs were gone an without asking the went an got fresh eggs.

We didn't have any complaints.

We were there for a quick trip because Mass was for my dad who passed away. We really were not at facility very long. We pretty much just slept & showered, It was quiet and clean.

There really wasn’t anything there to dislike.

Clean, bed was comfortable, I went to leave early and the staff man said no wait a minute breakfast is almost done, sit and eat....food was so good I am glad I did...pool was open but I didn't have suit...it was clean and warm. I needed sleep on a 1339 mile trip alone and I felt safe and secure here. Staff was very nice...I felt bad I normally leave a room tip but I didn't have cash....but they deserved it!!!

Nothing bad,. I can't write sentences when I can't say I found anything negative ..out of all the hotels in that area I was glad I chose this one

The breakfast had a nice variety: Toast (white and wheat), cinnamon rolls, mini bagels; a variety of cereals (no plant-based milk option available), make your own waffles with toppings like chocolate chips and pecans as well as syrup; eggs, gravy, sausage and biscuits; and fresh coffee.

We were in room 117 and there was a very annoying ticking noise coming from the bedroom wall the is shared with the bathroom. Not sure if it was a plumbing thing or not. I fell asleep listening to someone snoring- NOT in my room! At 5am someone was talking loudly on their phone, overall you need ear plugs or to be a sound sleeper.. We had just come from a harrowing accident on 74E and had to stay the night, the night shift worker was not very personable and for the price, I expected some kinder words or treatment!

Although it is a little older, the property is well maintained

Down to breakfast around 8:15 and most hot food gone A guest asked for more eggs to be served Counters needed to be wiped down at this time Yogurts, bagels, all gone Should keep an eye on what’s low and keep filled since says breakfast till 9 am

The receptionist at the desk when we left in the morning was very kind, apologetic and concerned that we weren't happy with our stay.

The bathroom ceiling was in the middle of repairs and there was plaster on the floor, the bathroom door was really dirty, and there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor and a live one in the main area. I had sanitary wipes that I didn't hesitate to use to clean the areas we used. Despite the receptionist asking us if we wanted a wake up call and telling her no, that we were on vacation and weren't in a hurry to leave in the morning, we experienced a wake up call at 5:30AM. We were not happy and left without trying your breakfast. We were also given a queen bed after reserving a king. We will not be back.
