Everything was great! This was a local stay as the AC went out in my house. The following day was the start of a new job and I wanted a good nights sleep.

Bed was a little hard but nothing to say I didn’t like the property.

The staff was friendly

I was charged on my credit card after my brother in law paid for my room. Have not been able to get anyone to issue refund on my card. Have spiked with location several times and have emailed the Booking.com and still nothing.

Great little hotel a little ways from 84, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was above average, the regular price was good compared with multiple other places in and around Snyder, they happily let me work remote from their lobby; I would easily stay here again!

The pet fee is pretty high at $50, per pet, per night; maybe look elsewhere if you're traveling with pets and on a budget.

the water in shower was not able to get adjusted it was either too cold or scolding hot. there was no fixing.

The Lobby Area was very clean, exceptionally decorated. The hot water and water pressure was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature was easily controlled. Ice was located in a convenient location on every floor.

The suite only offered on working TV. We always reserve the suite to provide extra comfort. The TV located in the living area had a cable box missing. We were told too bad...they don't replace as long as you have one working TV in your room. We also didn't need room cleaning for the weekend as we did our own, but asked for coffee for the other days so we could relax in the room but was told by the staff at the front desk they didn't know where any coffee was located and that we would just have to come down to the morning breakfast to retrieve coffee. Also, lighting was out in the parking lot, very dark on one side. We have stayed at this location every year for a long time to attend the annual car show. The service has really declined since last year. Pool was closed and dirty. The breakfast was very pandemic related with everything frozen and in packages. Just not what we have been accustomed to from most Marriott properties.
