We loved the location easy access to the beach and the condo was cheaper than most.
We arrived and our condo had not been cleaned even though they said it was. Hair everywhere the shower drains had hair in them the kitchen counters were dirty and the sheets on the beds had sand and hair all over them. We did contact the manager and they did send someone, but we had already done most of the cleaning, when the Ladie showed. There was a language barrier and we tried our best to tell her what was wrong. We ended up cleaning ourselves. The manager said the only thing they could do is give half the cleaning fee back. We accepted and went on our way.
The lowest you can set the AC is 68 which the condo never reached. The living/kitchen/front room stayed very hot.
The balcony lock wouldn't unlock we asked for someone to come fix it but they never came. we did end up getting it unlocked but couldn't lock it back which sucked because we had 2-year-olds with us.

Beautiful location! Condo and property are very clean and pretty. We loved having all the conveniences of home on our vacation.

Close to the water and the beach. The sand was nice to walk on.

The view was amazing! The access to the beach was simple for my son (8 years old), my parents (73 and 88 years) and aunt (70 years old). We all loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings.
There only thing I would suggest is drapes in the master bedroom ( the one with the king bed). The windows are facing the inside of the building that keeps the lights on all night long, so the fluorescent lights lit up the room. Other than that it was great. We are looking to book again next June.

Needed more dishes and hooks for hanging beach towels. Maybe rugs at least by the beds

It was comfortable, clean and secure. The pool was very clean, the beach was amazing and the property is near the bridge.
At night the room was very lit because it didn’t have blackout curtains.

First time renting a Condo & WILL Definitely do it Again. Very Roomy, very clean, and the View was Amazing. Had the Best time Ever.

I love how much space the rooms had. It was very convenient specially for the play pen for my 9 month old baby. It was very clean and the location was perfect. I liked the privacy we had and the backyard was great.

the master bed was broken lights were out in master and spare bedroom some outlets didn’t work light bulbs were burnt out tiles were falling off cabinets had doors missing the ice and water didn’t work on the fridge the remote was missing from the front tv Wi-Fi was horrible.

Location was excellent. Checkin was great.
Pots, pans, eating utilities, knives were poor. Dishes were good but didn’t seem clean so washed everything before we used.

Sea Vista was a great get away for my family of adult children. The bedrooms were spacious, the location was convenient, and the property was family oriented. Good beach location.
The property needs just a bit of cosmetic TLC. This in no way affected our stay as the property was so perfect for our stay. The light switch and fan situation could use a better explanation.

Loved the beach view! Was very satisfied with everything that was in condo to be used in our stay, very clean and was thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in shower to be used.
Only thing was the wifi connection. It never worked or connected.

very clean, great cooking appliances, the beds were very comfortable and restrooms were very well organized and stocked:)!
ran out of toilet paper but we just had to buy a small 3 pack so nothing major.

It had elevators and a pool. I loved the access to the beach with warm rinse station . it smelled so clean. the rooms were perfect with 2 bathrooms. I had everything I needed to cook and clean. I’ll definitely be going back for vacation.
the only thing that I didn’t like was that the dryer did not work. we had to put our clothes to dry over chairs and some outside.
