Bed was old and hard. Room needs update. Lot of homeless in the area.

There was a lot of noise at night.

Clean room. Very powerful shower which is really good. Very big tv in the room which i had access to YouTube which was a surprise. Had a full kitchenette which came in handy.

The room smelled like smoke and bleach even though it was a non smoking room. The floor was peeling and was sticky. The room above us sounded like a bowling alley late into the night. Brought my own sheet to sleep on. All my clothes smelled like smoke the next day.

The room was small. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. The only good thing about the room was the price. But you get what you paid for. If you can stay at a different place do it

Within 5 minutes in the room I saw a cockroach. Every time I left my room or came back to the room someone was smoking marijuana right outside. I had to keep the window closed all the time because that’s all I smelled was marijuana . If you have kids this is not the place for you. It looks like a lot of homeless people are living there. This is not a family place

You get what you pay for. It is what you expect it to be a motel. The room is not the worse. It was very clean and Espy did a fantastic job polishing a turd.

The roaches running around my room. Asked about getting someone to come and spray. I'm not sure if someone did or not but I hope that they eventually get someone to spray for pest. That was probably the only downfall. Everything else was fine.

We had a leak in the bathroom and came down like rain when the upstairs unit ran the shower. We weren't able to sleep well with constant waterfall.

they had roaches and I didn’t see until a week into my stay. they’d pop out in the bathroom coming from underneath the toilet (which wasn’t properly mounted) and crawled around the ceiling. as others said, they didn’t have the “highest quality people” there, which is fine but I’m sure that’s how they ended up there. get what you pay for. they couldn’t get me another room which is a shame because they also couldn’t do anything about the problem.

Very polite (although in our opinion inefficient) hotel staff. Large new TV in the room.

In the room we received there was a noise from the staircase that woke us up at night. The light coming on and off in the staircase and being noticed in the room was also disturbing. It seems that booking a room at a good price on Booking.com may be assigned a room in the middle next to the view and stairs where it is the loudest. After a bad night's sleep, we tried to exchange the room for another one the next night we booked, but the staff claimed they didn't have one - even though we saw many rooms being vacated by guests.

Location and accessibility was great.

The property could use a little pest inspection, and l know it's out of there control but the guest's actions which then requires the law to get involved.

That I didn't like that there were a few insects in the room and the bathroom sink had a slow drain, possibly clogged.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable, quiet, private. Free parking on property. Own Kitchenette, spacious.
