La gentillesse du personnel surtout avec les enfants, spécialement de l'employée en charge du petit-déjeuner (une dame cubaine mais j'ai oublié son prénom...), lits confortables, petite cuisine pratique, parking facile, très proche des Everglades, fast food, magasins, outlet à proximité,... Propreté impeccable, petit-déjeuner sympa et varié, piscine Ok.

La salle de bain pour une chambre de 4 personnes un peu petite. Le prix par nuit un peu élevé mais les services étaient impeccables.

Convenient for what we needed after a long flight. Excellent value for money, staff were brilliant and the best was comfortable

The pool was nice. The other guests were not loud in the halls. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was not amazing. We didn’t sleep very well during our stay. We could feel the springs thru the mattress. The only reason my rating isn’t excellent.
