Location, and value for the size

It definitely could have been cleaned a lot better mold in the bathroom on the ceiling door handles on the cabinets were greasy hair balls under the bed and man of dirt dust on the walls and sidewalks could have been cleaned up

WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. I see my reservation wasn't canceled. I called the Motel and Booking.com to tell them I left due to the fact that I didn't feel safe. There was garbage everywhere outside. The front office was under construction, so we were told our front door would be open, and someone would come later to check us in. When we pulled up, we were the only ones at the facility. It looked abandoned. The photos did not paint the picture I was expecting. I would not recommend Grove City Motel to anyone. IT WAS HORRIBLE

WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. The location was horrible. There was only 1 restaurant, and of course, it was closed. I have already called Booking.com, and I was told they were going to handle this, but I have not heard back, and it's been over 36 hrs.

The room was somewhat clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Oh the air worked good. That was pretty much it!

The area seemed a little shady. Arrived about 12 noon office was locked had to call. He said oh I have u set up in room ---- key is in it. Never seen office staff or saw it opened the 2 days we were there. The pool was ok my husband had to get all the leaves out he worked cleaning it for 30 min or so. The furniture around the pool was broken and unsafe. My husband fell through one of the lounge chairs!! Very unsafe. No tables and no where to sit. The so called garden view is overgrown trees and weeds. No bbq grills in sight! Don't believe the pics on Wed site.....

We had an exceptional experience staying at Grove City Motel. The apartment, that came with a full kitchen, was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable, including a full size fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker and microwave. The pool was very clean and surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The location was also great, only a few minutes from the Manasota Key Beach!

We stayed in the little cottage and the area needs a lot of cleanup/upkeep to be done - it was not appealing at all walking pass sheds that were half way falling part and rubbish that we had to walk around. Screens on the windows did not keep the mosquitoes out - at one point there were over 20 inside. The bed was SO hard, pretty sure sleeping on the tile floor would have been better.

it is simple and comfortable - all you really need - pool is nice too

i like a firm mattress, this was very soft, sore back in the am,,, be nice to have an elect outlet in the bathroom for shaving, may want to check the toile, seem s to run now and then by itself

kitchen had no drainer for dishes. towels and bedding were dark blue would have preferred white so we know they are clean.
