The location was excellent! Wendy was wonderful and the pool was great. The lake was 1 minute walk from our room. The room looked newly renovated. There was a trolley that you could hail right outside the property which charges $1 to take you to the lake George village center!

Wendy told me that hooks for clothing were about to be installed.

Location, location, location! We stayed during bike week, it's removed from most of the noise & semi-chaos but close enough to still participate. Right on the lake, with great views too! Wendy who greeted us upon our arrival was super friendly & cordial. She IS the Olympian, 'wearing many hats' to keep it running, clean & fun!

I really have no complaints. The minor ones are hardly worth mentioning but here you go: - the room could've used more elec outlets, there was no place to plug in the coffee maker. (Although I was told they're addressing this with on-going renovations) - speaking of coffee, there was none provided. You have to bring your own & filters too. ( There's a convenient lil' store across the street that serves coffee & breakfast, but you'll have to dodge traffic!) - room security could be better. There's no dead bolt or night latch. Also doors remain locked, so don't lose or forget your key!

Probably better to go there in winter, for when people goes skiing, or summer, to enjoy the lake and the pool, both right in front of the rooms!!

I understand it's easier for a manager to clean and tidy up rooms that are next to each other....but if they are the only 2 rooms booked in the entire resort, probably a wider gap between the two would have been appreciated. why be condemned to hear noises from the other guests...when they are the only ones in the entire resort?

The room was a suite was clean great bathroom, hot water was great, beds were comfortable ,large tv. Large pool, beautiful view

We had a little trouble with the freezer , but didn’t take away from our over all experience which was very nice

It was safe for my kids and I love the property very much and it's very convenient

The fact I had to end my vacation and go back to work.this place was enjoyable on all levels

How old and used everything was. The bedding and towels were super gross. At least (i hope) things were clean. The motel was cheap though for its location.
