Pillows were like throw pillows, when I asked for more they were reluctant. Mattress awful, we left a day early. I asked for towels, they gave me 2. Hallway was like a sweat lodge with temps close to 90, they had the front door open.

O café da manhã quase não tem nada. Mesmos os itens que tem, como pão de forma e leite, acaba e ninguém repõe.
Os funcionários não ligam. É completamente largado.
No quarto de uma colega o secador estava quebrado e no outro aparecia uma barata nova todo dia.
Ofereceram para uma colega uma toalha mal lavada, com manchas vermelhas.
Em suma, os funcionários simplesmente não ligam e não fazem seu serviço,

The staff is awesome, the breakfast was great, all needs were met. Bed extra soft and comfortable cute pictures above the head board. Definitely would recommend to anyone! 10 out of 10!

Parking very well illuminated! Spacious room and comfy bed! Sam, at front desk was awesome and helpful with our extended night and we could stay in the same room!

Far from the city centre, not the best neighborhood, some creepy people around, but hey .... that is New Orleans, you get what you expect, unless you expect to find Beverly Hills !

will the front desk was very helpful. I had my stay for another date and he was able to fix and get me a room and when we told him about smell he did go and at least try to spray room so it can smell better and explained it’s because the ax was turned off 🤷🏻♀️
