Location was grrat Right off the freeway near woodlands not far from downtown Houston Walmart and 7 -11 nearby

No hospitality stayed there for 3 weeks. No will you be staying another day? Rather are you checking out always And if you ask for a few minutes after the checkout time to pay they tell me it's such a problem since they can't slchsrfe w fee? For what ? I requeat no cleaning service so I'm saving youbtikr and labor and I'm the one keeping th room another day? Why wouldn't you be happy your motel is 1/2 empty most days? Your math is bsd' lacking hospitality made me go to the Scottish inns and they are wondefful I was accused of breaking lamp switched from wall lamps and it was "on me" strictly because I didn't call front desk and complain because I checked in late* a friend stayed in the room the day before I did and complained about the lights before I was even accused! But front desk said I was lying because the room was empty for w week before ibesd in there?

Rude owners, daughter very rude. They over charge even if you pay online they charge extra. They got over on me twice meaning higher things that was the same price. They try to charge $10per guest that visit.To high to have roaches in your room in couches.. I’m thankful for having somewhere to go but I would never recommend anyone to come nor would I come back to this location

No pets were allowed, and it is red roof inn where pets are always supposed to be allowed, Room did not get cleaned on a daily basis. Since the day I checked in a room, it smells like marijuana. When I made a complaint about it I told Basically that I have to deal with it. I could not. Due to the smoke coming into the vents, I left my room early because of this fact, and I did not get a refund.I Staff was disagreeable all they did was defend their position versus. How can we really help? I will never stay there again I would not suggest it to anybodoy. Red roof inns are usually my go to
