The TVs didn't work. Cable was slow. How housekeeping and maintenance never came.

I took one look at the room and asked for a refund and left. There was urine and cigarettes in the toilet, mold on the shower curtain, trash on the floor, only 1 pillow on the bed, hair everywhere. If they don't refund my money in a timely matter I am going to file a claim with my credit card.

Everything and everyone was great. Comfortable bed great TV. Bathroom beautiful

I had to go threw 5 different rooms just to find a suitable one. And even after that I didn't find one. Asked for a refund. Still haven't received it

I did not like anything. The guy that work that needs to be fired!

Everything could have been better.

It was by the water.

The staff was rude and kept interrupting me when I was talking to them. We paid for a studio suite. The room was the nastiest room I have ever seen. The elements were taken out of the stove, the knob was missing off of the sink, there was food splattered all in the microwave and the television did not work. There were so many things wrong with the room I could continue. When I talked to the staff about the room all they would say is “no refund”.

the view was nice.

I have so much to say about this room, the tv in my room was shattered & the staff admitted to knowing it was broken before placing us in the room. the room itself was not clean, the dresser was missing a drawer so they had made one & it had 5 screws sticking out. the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. the baseboards looked like they had never been wiped down. there was no Wi-Fi or tv. we stayed there for 5 days & no housekeeping came, we never got more than one roll of toilet paper our entire stay. and no one ever came to get our towels or bring more. we only got two towels when we checked in & we never got another one. also after I paid online when I checked in the owner said I owed them 5$ for a resort fee. which was rich given the experience.
