Loved the ease of check in and check out. Room was great! Location was perfect.
Lugging luggage up and down the stairs was a job, but not too bad. Not very sound proof, neighboring rooms were rather loud.

Fantastic view through extremely clean windows. Fantastic air conditioner which was very quiet.
Great location in the center of restaurants and shops. Very clean room. Enough chairs for four people to play cards at the window table.
Loose toilet seat. No ice available. No small chair at bathroom vanity. No coffee cup only ONE paper coffee cup. Had to go buy ice at liquor store.

Booking stated it had a patio to the room and it didn’t, only a communal one which was very disappointing. TV in room way too small.

Brittani is a wonderful host. She is thoughtful, friendly and responsive to questions and concerns. Location and view are exceptional. The room is very comfortable and charming, especially the balcony.

Some people might mind the noise from the place below that has nightly kareoke. However, I didn't mind, I found it to be entertaining.

This is a small family run hotel. You can tell they take a great deal of pride in their hotel as well as the cute store below. Their employee was absolutely adorable. She was so helpful to my husband and I.
The only complaint I had was the TV remotes batteries were dead. No big deal. Luckily I had extras in my camera bag. But some directions on how to use the remote would have been helpful. It wasn’t just a power button. Once we changed the batteries we were able to figure out how to use it, but it took looking it up online since it wasn’t simple.
