Great area, nice view, clean, and lots of room.

No a/c.

Spotlessly clean. Great location above the hubbub of town. Quiet. Supplied with everything we needed.

A bit outdated, patio chairs are very sun damaged and we didn’t sit on them for fear of falling through the frame.

Location is close to Winter Park, grocery, tubing, etc Pool, hot tub, indoor sports amenities are nice. Quiet... no sound transfer between rooms or units. Parking right outside unit is handy. Hair dryer in each bathroom are great. Shower heads are nice. We stay in condos probably 20+ weeks/yr... having a kitchen is handy.

Some strange guy used the code to enter, look around, leave on the morning after our first night. Informed prop mgmt. No retturn call, no one cared. Chairs and couches have dated fabric that looks used/ dirty, even if it were cleaned prior to guest arrival. It isn't a problem if you open windows, but there's no a/c. Screens have rips from previous people so bugs do get in. Not much bathroom counter space. Dishwasher wouldn't start, prop mgmt never replied No ice maker. Make ice by hand Tv gets local cable. Price: photos are accurate, but show everything in the nicest way possible. It's not as nice in person. 2nd bedroom beds are abnormally creaky. Doors make noise... hard to describes but it's loud.

The condo was amazing, everything that we needed was in the condo. The location was great, the supermarket, restaurants, Winter Park was a 10 minute drive down the road, and the Frazier Tubing Hill and Colorado Adventures was in close proximity. I would definitely stay there again, as well as recommending the Pines at Meadow Ridge to my friends.

We just wish that we could have had a earlier check-in time, but we understood. Also, the logs for the fireplace didn't work, so we had to buy our own log.

It was clean, spacious and the location was excellent.

The sofa bed was not too comfortable. However, I would go again and stay in the same location.
