The facility was clean and well appointed. Comfortable mattress and plenty of hot water.

I have already dialogued with the owners about multiple extension cords and poor function of shower regulator.

the room was great and had everything. they provided coffee, snacks, even flip flops for the shower.

the shared bathroom was overall clean except for they needed to change the shower curtain. there was mold/dirt on the bottom. it is time to clean it better or buy a new curtain.

1.3 miles from my daughter's house. Walked both ways everyday. A VERY walkable location and convenient to the T.

It was cold (one window didn't close tightly), and I had to wait to get an extra blanket because of the holiday. There should be one in the room. TV didn't work the first night. Then OK, but managing the remote & different TV stations was difficult. I didn't mind the shared bath, but I DID mind that I had to walk through a common area where someone was often there talking on the phone. Not across the hall as described. Two of the elctrical outlets failed which required an electrician. It is/was a lovely old house that's been sadly cut up, but thorough electrical updating should have been done before any rentals. An outside house number would have been very helpful!!

The proximity to Fenway Park was excellent; and the neighborhood was great. Felt very safe at this location.

Room was very cluttered with odd pieces; the one nightstand smelled like it had smoke damage from a fire. T stop literally right outside the front door was covenient, but very loud late at night and early in the morning.

When I first arrived at another location, it did not meet my expectations. Management quickly resolved the issue, upgraded me to a better unit and the rest of my stay was great. This unit is close to everything, a 15 train ride to the prudential shopping mall and Boston Library, 20 ride to Boston Find Arta museum and a 15 minute walk to a beautiful water reservoir. Great local food, shopping, museums, etc. I was here to visit my daughter in law and son. I was able to walk there and it was lovely. Very safe neighborhood. The bathroom had a bathtub, the unit was clean, nicely decorated and if I wanted I was able to cook. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Marsha and Stars of Boston for a great stay! Lori

I called too many times, before I arrived, nobody answered the ph The address was incomplete, the was no number, so difficult to find the place, at the end I lost the booking, I couldn’t find it, I had to stay at the Marriott hotel, that was a total scam
