Good Location. Good energy in hotel. Excellent night curtains for sleeping. Staff was engaged and helpful.

In Room light switches are not always well labeled.

Great location, creative interior design, cozy, rooftop bar with gorgeous views & craft cocktails.

The location is super convenient and surrounded by interesting shops, and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, in an authentic way- not a robotic way like so many of the larger hotel chains.. Alex went above and beyond to help me with restaurant reservations.

Superb

The owner clearly tried to keep it as original as possible when making any updates. Very nice bedroom with bathroom; perfect size. Great and interesting location too. The building is at a unique spot while due to it being on the corner of a 6 way intersection surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Everytime I tried to go up to the balcony and see the amazing view, the upstairs was closed. I wish I could have gotten a picture of the sunrise at the 6-way intersection.

Great staff, free water brought to room on request, kettle brought to room on request. Enormous bathroom. Comfortable sofa in room. Blackout blinds to help with sleep. Lots of eating places nearby.

Heating in the room wasn’t brilliant. Could do with more lighting in room. Noise of trains as it’s next to a train station.

Room was so cute! I didn't stay long enough to take advantage of some of the extras. I will be back for an extended stay soon!

I was given the wrong room key at first, but it was cleared up quickly. Also, a maintenance person entered my room while I was in it but apologized and left. As a solo traveler, it made me a little nervous.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, up to date electronic accessories, excellent restoration of an older hotel room!

Had to have assistance opening the door, and getting the elevator pass to work.

Great stay would recommend

All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming, the front desk Anthony was great, some other front desk people were great, and the restaurant staff too, everyone at the hotel was talented at engaging guests. The decor of the hotel is stylish and chic. The mini bar included was a nice surprise. The noise machine was great to have. The Le Labo body cream in the room is a luxury.

The bathtub had rust spots, and it lacked elegance, didn't fit the vibe. The restaurant menus at the cafe and the bao bar are a bit weird, and it was hit or miss on different things.

There is a daily $25 charge for "extras" -inc drinks in the mini bar, gym, coffee in the room - which is added each day whether you use the facilities or not
