the location was good

there should have been someone on staff present to check us in. it took hour to get a hold of someone to gain access. no one would answer the phone. finally after emailing booking.com we got results out stay was cut short for personal reasons and we couldn't get in contact with management to request a refund.

Room was clean and nicely remodeled

No soap. Cockroach. Tv didn’t work. No hot water.

Too pricey, too small no ice machine , not enough towels or stuff, not comfortable, no chairs to sit on. No hair dryers. Needs new flooring. Big crack in bottom of door.(great place for insects.Do not plan on staying again

No hand soap or dish detergent, or paper towels. Had to ask for more towels and wash clothes which looked like they came from somebody's home.

The staff was nice. The location is perfect for one night close to the beach. The two rooms were quite big and the bathroom somewhat renovated. Everything else really need some updates. The area is nice, safe and quiet. The beach is 5 minutes walk along a quiet street, it’s a very nice beach with very warm ocean water.

The first thing I saw at the office when checking in was a cockroach and everything else was of a similar quality. Another cockroach was in the bathroom, bedsheets had spots and holes, bed mattress was stone hard, no toiletry, spoons and forks were plastic, no chairs at the table.

the lights weren’t working right, some wouldn’t turn on and the bathroom light wouldn’t turn off, and the sheets had a couple cigarette burns

the front lady at the desk was nice.

It is old and I do not think the standards of cleanliness are on par. There were no hospitality toiletries. There was no ice bucket. We had to pay for our own ice. This is literally a place to sleep. And even that did not feel good because i felt the place was unclean. There was a trailer of trash in front of our room.

I liked how convenient it was, the staff was on point with everything and made sure we had all we needed.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Older place needs updated. No table or place to hang up anything except shower curtain rod.

nothing about the hotel it needs a full makeover. we had no face clothes no bags for dirty clothes carpet is very dirty and should be replaced.
