Loved the staff amazing

Didn’t like how they tell you at the end of your stay you have to pay resort fees which are $30 a day plus tax . Why doesn’t going to the pool or towels come with staying at the property ? This part of the stay I didn’t like it felt like a gimmick.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Jerome and they dropped us to the shopping mall nearby.

facility to make tea in the room although when I asked for it housekeeping did provide. We can see that it is not important in US because people drink coffee.

property was conveniently located and very nice but staff was unhelpful especially in the evening / late night as they were too focused on partying.

staff were rude. after spending thousands of dollars for a few days they still try to enforce no food at the pool (told them I only eat halal and they told me, “rules are rules”). staff entered room even though do not disturb was on the door the whole trip. tried to book SLS beach chairs on two occasions, both times we got to the beach they didn’t have any and didn’t care to call us when they did. front desk manager told me she would take care of the remarks on the pool deck when we didn’t want to buy the pool deck food, and she never got back to us about anything.
