I really like Lakeside Casino RV Resort normally. It is a lovely setting with nice campsites and normally nice, helpful people. My husband and I have camped there many times over the last many years. However, this time, my daughter and grandson who were camping with me (I made reservations for them also), were treated VERY poorly. The previous time we camped there together, they checked us both in when I checked in and she just went directly to the campsite on arrival. She did the same thing this time. The next day, an employee came to her campsite and rudely yelled at her for not checking in on arrival. Then the same employee told her that her trailer was unacceptable for the resort and not to come back again. My daughter is a single parent schoolteacher who has limited funds. She was given the trailer and has been working steadily repairing and fixing up the trailer. She still likes to use the trailer while she is working on it. The attitude and rudeness of the employee was very upsetting to both my daughter and me. I seriously question whether I will ever return to Lakeside Casino RV Resort after that incident.

I did not like the rudeness and unpleasant attitude of the employee who came to my daughter's campsite and yelled at her and told her to never return because her trailer was unacceptable for the resort. There were several other rigs at the resort (some of them appeared to be long-term residents) that were in as bad OR WORSE shape but they were still there and nobody appeared to be yelling at them.

The overall layout was great. loved the walking path. And the fowl were very entertaining.

The grass hadn’t been moved and grass tracked everywhere. Hated the smoky casino.

The guy that checked us in was good, took a long time though. There was not a breakfast, the location is pretty but the staff were terrible one woman practically chased my family around yelling at us about rules we were not told about... The customer service was terrible. Made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Staff boldly stating all people should be forced vaccinated... What?!?!

Still reasonable prices. Good luck food and restaurant service. Helpful office staff

Outside areas with high uncut grass/weeds. Lake area overgrown after a project was completed 2.5 years ago that made it more accessible for fishing and rc boating. Major ant problems in numerous sites
