Helpful and accommodating

The pool was closed

The bed was comfy and room clean

The room had a bit of a weird smell

This hotel was just what we needed!! We had to book a room here last second after 9 pm and Kim who was working the front desk was so kind and accommodating!! She was very understanding that we had left another motel that seemed unsafe to us and quickly got us into a beautiful room. My friend and I are so grateful!!

my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. the person working the front desk was no help at all and I am still waiting for my refund over two months later.

The breakfast was okay. Not super extravagant or like you’re going to be writing home about it but it was decent. Something for everyone. I thought the rooms were comfortable and the staff when they were present were helpful, kind, and friendly. The staff had decorated the lobby for the season which was a lot of fun.

The pool had tiles coming off, I had a child bring me over 10 tiles, and the kids were getting out of the pool with what looked like white paint on their swimsuits and bodies. It was a little weird that the evening staff person was just roaming around out with what seemed to be a couple friends while people needed her. The phone was ringing for more than 3 minutes before the caller hung up. The shower had shampoo, body wash, and conditioner bottles which was great but the shampoo was empty. The hotel was not able to provide us with the rooms booking.com advertised.

Don’t need more. All fine. Football weekend took all the water, but we had some of our own. All good.

The service was the best we seen in years, kind caring and prompt! Pool was nice and rooms were clean well kept.

The breakfast was poor, very prefab. Wish they would have simple breakfast like meats (bacon & sausage) and eggs. Lack of choice in cereals for kids.

Pros: comfy beds and good location.

Front desk staff were never there. No maid service at all. When I needed more towels couldn't find staff and laundry room was open so helped myself. Wifi wouldn't connect. Lousy, limited breakfast. Nothing fresh. Plastic packaged quiches, sausage biscuits waffles warmed up in packaging. Gross.
