Very friendly and helpful staff.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They printed a document that I could not get to print from the business center.

Room was clean. Bed was good. Very comfortable from a leisure perspective. Nice to have a coffee pot and refrigerator. Front desk was able to secure a cab ride before office opened next morning.

Internet connection was terrible. Location for taxi access was terrible. Would not recommend if you have to work remotely and rely on hotel internet. Limited front desk hours.

The room looked newly decorated and spacious. It was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast offered, but there is a coffee shop across the street. This is a very nice hotel for Alaska and we would stay there again.

It would have been nice if there was a little food available, even a pantry where snacks (more than a vending machine). We were told the lack of food was because this is an extended stay hotel, but in the lower 48 hotels like this do offer something.
