Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room with a lot of amenities for a great price

Location, room size, comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate,free parking,quiet room,nice area to walk in.

Extremely dated,very loose toilet seat,comforter was badly stained, tiny holes in curtain.

Good bananas and coffee is all I wanted

Slow wifi and often disconnected

Wifi frequently goes out and have to login couple times a day

The location (Keene Street, near the I-70 / US-63 interchange) was good.

Throughout the hotel, the use of air fresheners is so aggressive as to invite questions regarding what undesired odor(s) are being masked. The air inside feels damp, as if there may be a ventilation or humidity control issue. Our room had visible mold between the shower tiles, and a pretty significant hole in the carpet. The walls and furniture also looked generally scuffed-up. I was in town to visit old friends. My partner asked me not to come back to the hotel too late, as she was not comfortable being alone there in the middle of the night.
