Hotel inside and out was clean and well maintained. King room and bathroom were spacious.

Shower head was a joke. No pressure. Bathroom did not have a bar of soap.

I didn't like the food the bacon was tasteless and hard to even eat The champu was on a big container, not individually packed The receptionist when we got there was not friendly at all not one smile, not eye contact, very rude and not welcoming. There was eggs on the elevator floor and when we told the receptionist, she said that someone else told her about it, but she was busy and couldn't get to it yet. At least the morning receptionist was nice.

-staff were not friendly in the slightest. -the hot tub was “closed for repairs”, and the hot tub was the only reason we were even staying at a hotel. it was my daughter’s bday and she wanted to swim and then relax and soak. -since the pool was freezing and there were a lack of pool towels to dry off with, we went to our room to shower and warm up. turned the water on, it stayed hot for less than ten seconds then turned ice cold and stayed that way. we were frozen until the heat in the room finally thawed us. -more than once, there were zero pool towels to use. -we tried to make coffee in the room and ended up doing it in the bathroom because none of the plugs worked in the rest of the room except for what the tv and microwave were plugged into. -the pillows were all different, and they were horribly uncomfortable. I woke up with a pounding headache because my shoulder, neck, and back were aching so badly. -usually the wifi password is written for you on your card folder, but it wasn’t, so I called and asked for it. not a bit deal whatsoever, but figured I’d add it in for anyone who stays in the future, if they want to ask at the desk.

Convenient location. Nice selection of amenities. Solid breakfast. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Quiet heating/cooling. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Kenosha.

East parking, comfortable bed/bedding, great local art/photography, delicious breakfast and friendly server. Great Neutrogena bath products. Wooden hangers. Love the sliding closet/bathroom door. Delicious free cookies at night! Helpful desk staff.

Stained carpet near bed in 207, stained/dirty carpets in second floor hallway and in elevator, floor button numbers in one elevator illegible. Broken blackout curtain track/rod in room 207. No glasses in room, only paper coffee cups. Bathroom baseboards dirty. Thin towels.
