it smelt like weed and smoke, there was a bird stuck in the vent/wall/drawer and the front door would not lock. had to leave and stay elsewhere. still waiting for a refund. would give zero if I could this place was awful! will be reporting to Florida department of tourism.

the apartment was really clean and comfortable and it’s in a great location

I liked the location but apart from that, everything else was absolutely terrible! The floors were dirty, the bathtub was dirty and had hair all over it and the owners did not care.

I didn't like that a small animal chewed through the ceiling and left poo all over the bed that my children slept in. I also didn't like that when we sent the owner pictures they told us they couldn't "determine" what part of the ceiling that was so they couldn't do anything. They only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 5 days. When we asked for more they said they would bring some and never did. We asked them to clean the floors and they said we should refer to their cleaning checklist as it stated the floors were clean.

Location

The room was not clean. Stains all over the carpet, crumbs and dirt on the kitchen floor. The unit was advertised as having two bathrooms when it actually only had one. The bed was broken so I could not sit at the edge of the bed. The bed actually caved in more than once and I had to fix it the best I could. I was only given 2 rolls of tissue for 3 days with 6 occupants which was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I had to buy my own tissue, when it should have been provided to me. They gave me a $50 refund for my terrible experience, in which they could have kept. I just wanted a clean and comfortable room. The toilet did not flush and the sink was plugged from day 1. I would not recommend or ever stay here again.

Didn’t have main entrance, building seemed abandoned. homeless people sleeping on the elevator the last day we stayed there. building had a disgusting smell. The apartment was just ok.

great location! right in the middle of everything you’ll need. everything In walking distance. the set up was nice and the staff response time and willingness to work with you was great.

it had a smell when I first got there but it was just in the building. it looks dirty until I got into the actual unit. I bought some cleaning supplies and got the smell out. they refunded me a little bit for the smell tho.

I loved how close it was to everything and how it didn’t look like an apartment from outside. The TVs were working properly. The beds were comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was a stench coming from the kitchen sink.

Everything else was great. The place is really cute and comfortable for the price. You are in a great location and the beds are dreamy.

The building elevator didn't have a light and the kitchen had a weird smell.

It was right in the center of everything I loved it the apartment was clean they provided you with things in the apartment

It had a horrible smell coming from the kitchen. I spent $30 on cleaning supplies and it still smelled like something dead. The washer and dryer did not work. The elevator did not work. The bed fell every time we got in it.

It had a foul smell like stank. The elevators don’t work, the stairwell look like off paid and full if u know the hallway 😂 it was very dated it wasn’t cleaned good it looked like Pukr was on the sink and the shower tile felt very nasty. 2 towels were there very thin. But overall it’s a 2.5 for me but location made up I guess

I dislike everything. The pictures looked better then the actual place. Location was disappointing if you don’t mind the ghetto. Did not expect anything I saw in that apartment, in a bad way- floors were slippery and greasy, a lot of the things where broken, water damages, no cleaning supplies (feels like you’re set up so your $200 deposit could be kept), no towels to shower, (had to buy my own) not enough toilet paper, ran out. It was just all bad, the owner gave me attitude when I called to let her know, she was in denial until took pictures of EVERYTHING and sent it to her (took pictures in case she tried to claim I broke anything) when everything is already messed up. Never gave me the discount she said she was going to give me for all the inconveniences she had in the apt.

The apartment was located right in the middle of everything. We didn’t have to take Uber its is within walking distance from all spots. The room was clean and very cozy.

The hotel is old and needs some touch-up.
