Air didn’t work right, dusty furniture and fingerprints all over headboard from dust, charged 4 times for my room, staff was horrible in helping, had me put a second card on file after first was charged 721 for two nights for ONE room, then ran new card again for another 721. So had about 1500 dollars on my money on “pending” when it was already paid for. Did nothing to help, my bank is the one who took care of it temporarily. US Band showed Holiday Inn Express tried to charge my second card 3 times after what they took and it was denied. Had the fraud department call me due to this, spent most of the trip arguing with the manager and the GM about this and they wouldn’t do anything, my bank showed no record of the cancellation on their end for the authorization of the first amount. It was just a MESS. I have always stayed at Hiltons and will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. They ruined 75% of the trip, promised me the card would not be charged again, and completely offered nothing in apologies as far as making the rest of our stay OK. I am posting this everywhere and this was the worst experience, in 43 years, and all the hotels I have stayed in. This is why people choose Hilton.

Breakfast was fine and location was the biggest plus for us as we went to a concert at T-Mobile

Check in process could have been faster as only one person checking in guest and a line of 4 of us.

Clean friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

Coffee was too strong- even for me. But that’s my opinion.

I highly recommend! My daughter and I traveled for a conference. It was safe, clean and the staff was exceptional.
