The property is splendid, I can't imagine how beautiful it must be in the spring. The room (Fifthian) was very cute and comfy, everything was super clean, breakfast was very good, spa is so special and beautiful, and the staff was adorable. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Everything was absolutely perfect and the rate was fair (being during the week in winter), I am not sure I would be able to come during the high season due to the price, unfortunately! We were facing the garden so the room was quiet.

Breakfast was amazing. Alejandro gave us a tour of the grounds and was so pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

The room was small and the bathroom was smaller (for the price).

The only thing i would change is the mattress in my room. It feels a bit old, uneven and not supportive enough.

Exceeded our expectations. Our stay was so much fun and we really enjoyed breakfast in bed every morning during our stay. Would definitely recommend the baker house!

One of the most romantic hotels I have stayed in! The public rooms, the outdoor terrace for breakfast (superb!), the carriage house, the grounds-gorgeous. And the staff, ALL of them, where delightful and extremely helpful. If you are looking for an alternative to spare/modern/ikea like furnishings…this is the place.
Can’t wait to go back. Will opt for next room size up however…

Rooms on the main road can have traffic noise. Either bring ear plugs if light sleeper or request rooms in carriage house

A wonderful time with the family. There are no traditional hotels in East Hampton, so the Baker House is a great choice as an upscale B&B. The house a grounds are immaculate. Staff was awesome. We are a black family of four. The accommodations and service for us were great from start to finish. My daughter left an ear ring and they called to let us know and sent it to my home free of charge. This is a well-deserved perfect rating.

Immaculate grounds and well maintained buildings. Loved the carriage house and it's upscale decor/design.
Bed in the carriage house room was hard and both my and my wife's back hurt in the mornings. They hosted a private yoga event one morning and we couldn't use the pool and lounge chairs. We thought a notice about this event slid under the door the night before, for example would have been nice. Breakfast wait staff needs to be on same page and ask if you want cream with your coffee as we had to wait on two occasions until much after the coffee was brought to the table.

Beautiful room although not as quiet as expected due to facing main road. Breakfast was good and service at breakfast was exceptional with friendly staff.
