Cozy and convenient, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery shopping.

I liked the location that everything was close by it. customer service was great from every housekeeping lady

from Wednesday the 31st of May 2023 thru Monday 5th of June, 2023 we didn’t have not one time the sheets being changed at all, also I had permission for anybody to go inside the room to clean and replace trash cans but we replaced them instead, when I booked it showed it had a recliner one single sofa in the pictures but the room it self didn’t have no recliner sofa just the 2 beds.

The location was great and the room was bigger than expected!

Location was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Soundproofing was really good in the rooms (not so much in the hallways) but we could not hear anything from the room next door once the door to our room was shut. Was pleasantly surprised by the room cleanliness and upkeep of rooms.

People smoking in the hotel, there was a strong smoke smell in the hall of our floor and we were pretty sure people were smoking in the room next to ours. You can hear everything from the hallways. During our stay the room was well soundproofed to the surrounding rooms, but anytime anyone was in the hallway near our room we could hear them and if we were in the hallway we could hear conversations happening in the rooms like we were in the rooms.

The cleanliness and the hospitality by Toshi. No hassle nor headaches did her job very well and professional. Need more management like this individual. Great job My Place Hotel and praise to Toshi!!!

The was nothing to dislike about the facility. It met my and family expectation.

The smell. Too much of the artificial strong perfumy smell. Get rid of it.
