FABULOUS - Spacious - CLEAN - amazing location - super friendly and professional staff - very COMFORTABLE - we stayed the night going to the Darker Waves festival and it was just perfect - would stay here again and again - Better than advertised!

Room is large, our 4th floor room had a beautiful sunset view, breakfast has improved greatly since last visit. The location is convenient to the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also free charging for our EV.

No privacy in bathroom. Toilet is tiny and low to ground, flushing handle on backwards. “Nightly rate” is a base rate and doesn’t reflect what you end up paying.

Room was spacious and had a nice working space.

Receptionist was rude, incompetent and demanded ridiculous and irrelevant information. TV was not working properly and had to be reser several times.

Breakfast was not up to par with other hotels charging similar room prices.

The location is always ideal by friends and Bella terra.

If this hotel looks me up; this is probably my 8-10th stay there. It was by far the worst. The gal at the front desk was so put off we arrived at 2:30 after driving 6 hours. She made it very clear that no rooms available and we were early! She also showed me the list of people in front of us who will get rooms first 😂 who does that. Then we went to eat and she said she would text; no text. Then I changed my reservation once I knew my daughter was coming with me, to two beds. Upon check in; the gentleman was so bothered when he gave me a room with a king bed to share with my 14 yo daughter…. No…. 🤨 We were out from 9-4 on Saturday; room not cleaned 😳 I will need to find a new favorite hotel; I wouldn’t want to put the staff out any further…

Close vicinity to shopping mall and restaurants.

Noisy Bed when in the heat of action.

Loved the location, shopping centre across from the hotel and the 405 around the corner.

Had to pay for parking (10€) and that the room service is every 3 days (not that it’s a problem) but when I asked “what do we do with towels that have been used” they said at the desk, to put them outside the room door. I found that a little tacky cause when we arrived to our floor the first thing we saw was towels on the hall way. Not a good look.

Location

Noisy , strong urine odors inside room , hallway has a foul smell , other quest was smoking , noise very strong through the hall way and between walls. Property manager professionalism was a 2 over 10, kitchen members was unfriendly , may be all staff there can get more hotel management training , very disappointing. Not a clean facility.

Room was clean, sheets, blankets were clean.

I did not like the bathroom door with the bright light coming thru to the room and waking others up. The window should be covered or changed.
