Las habitaciones limpias

Tuvimos problemas con el ingreso a la habitación, ya que las tarjetas no abrieron el cuarto, tres veces nos la cambiaron

Location, friendly staff.

Fries left in microwave. Ants all over shower and commode. Bed not comfortable at all. Very noisy location, particularly late night check-ins. Picnic table outside our door led to undesirable people hanging out and their pit bulls barking and intimidating us from leaving room in the morning. That’s bad. No breakfast served when we paid about $150+? C’mon! One lock on door, and no security bar towards top of door (broken off). Sand on floor, not swept. You’ll have to make this up to us before we ever stay again.

That they're trying. Nice bathroom tile, shower tile. Nice tile floor in room. Interesting design style. Nice lobby.

Where to start ---- in the middle of construction. Gave me a room that wasn't quite done. Room darkening drapes couldn't open because they were stapled to the wall. TV missing. No refrigerator, microwave, phone, clock... Not that I need all that - but for a $100 a night... Hole in bathroom wall where TP holder will go. Stickers still left on new shower door. Neighbor next to me had barking dog and partied til 4am and whose dog left a nice big pile in front of their room. No one ever cleaned it up. Property dirty and parking lot full of empty boxes and building supplies. Best to reduce the rate for 1/2 done room / property - but, I needed emergency shelter for family tragedy. I suppose it will be great when all is done. Could use a hotel/motel consultant.

I liked that I had a suite with a separate room for my kids

Property has what appears to be permanent tenants that make the place feel like a slum.

It's on a decent location and its comfortable

The loud noises people make slamming door's and being loud the cost of the rooms not worth the 100 and something dollars the internet didn't work

The staff is always very nice and quick! Excellent customer service!

The windows in the room should have blinds. The rooms are too dark without sunlight.

Western-like look in room. Has ropes with lights.
