Hotel was well kept up common areas were clean All the staff I ran into were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. How tall is located right near a few strip malls, including two grocery stores and a target Walmart not that far away also Restaurants
There was no hand soap in the bathroom, wash shampoo and conditioner in the shower was good really had no dislikes

They didn’t give us the room we booked and the clerk wasn’t very good at her job.

The breakfast was wonderful! It was definitely the best continental breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel! They had a ton of options for breakfast!
The shower wasn’t cleaned. It had hair from the last person(s). The carpet was real dirty in some areas.

The search engine on booking.com indicated that this property was pet friendly. When I arrived at the hotel they said that only service animals were permitted and charged me an extra $250. This was due to the search engine's faulty results. I should have checked the hotel's actual website which did state that pets are not permitted. Lesson learned the hard way.

Upon walking in, front desk clerk greeted us with an attitude. We were a group of 7 with 6 rooms booked. (all speaking Spanish)
Upon checking in, Autumn informed us that our room was a Double Queen, I went ahead and proceeded to show her in my phone that that’s not what I had in my reservation. She didn’t even bother to look into her system and told us that “if y’all booked with a 3rd party that’s between y’all and the 3rd party, that’s what I have on my system and there’s nothing I can do”. Keep in mind that this room was booked 7 months ago. Comically the rest of the group had booked with IHG directly and they had their rooms.
I immediately called Booking and they confirmed the same information I had. Booking called the hotel and then were offered a “King Room” that a King Suite would be available the next night for us.
Went downstairs again, and Ms Autumn was on facetime while working. After ringing the bell twice she finally came out, still on the facetime call, and now miraculously they had a King Room. We let her know that the next day we will be switching over to a King Suite and she proceeded to let us know that now, she didn’t have that room for the whole weekend. All of this in an extremely rude manner.
Coincidence? I think not, because another friend checked in later on and since they were speaking English she treated them extra nicely. Sounds a bit racist to me imo.
The fact that we’re in 2022 and still having to deal with this nonsense is flat out ignorant. And for her to be the very first impression you get of the hotel, it’s sad.

The breakfast was a huge letdown. The coffee was stale and barely warm, and the “hot” breakfast was also scarcely above room temperature.

Breakfast was awesome and guest were friendly
Our first room was nasty; be looked liked it was jumped on and bathroom was dirty. We were promised a discount and moved to a different room. Of course no discount was given and our room was a downgrade. The lady at check out was rude and stated it was nothing she could do. Oh and my reservation was not modified so corporate couldn’t do anything. I’ll stick with the Marriott

noise! rooms are not insulated to provide a quiet experience. room to room noise was such that we could hear people talking in the next room. we could also hear their TV.
road noise was a major disturbance.

Clean,nice room, comfortable facility. Really nice young man in housekeeping.
In town for a high school rodeo. Wanted to unpack. Ar and check in early around lunch and was bot allowed. Next day I saw a very nice youngady come a d request early access to her room and it was denied even though they were Ean and available rooms because I asked another employee the same question. Very poor customer service by young thin African American lady at front desk.
