Location is perfect, very quiet and comfortable rooms

Air conditioning was sketchy. Didn't matter to me, but there are stairs to get into the rooms.

We checked in with Patty - she was WONDERFUL! It was easy to find, good parking, and a cute little property! We came out for a concert at Mountain Winery, and this was the perfect location. The room was spacious enough, had a nice little fridge and microwave, plus the plates, etc. The property is pretty. We like the Mediterranean garden feel of it, PLUS it is located right there in town with places all around to eat and drink and shop!

The bed was super comfy but extremely squeaky.That was not so fun, but again, it was comfy. We slept well. I would update things a bit, maybe some newer furniture.

It was a small quaint, charming hotel in downtown Los Gatos, close to many shops and great restaurants within walking distance. The courtyard had ample lighting and we would grab dinner from a local restaurant and enjoy it in the courtyard garden area.

The whole staff was very friendly, the room and common areas were well maintained, Every employee I crossed paths with was very friendly, and had a smile on! I felt like I was at a home away from home!

This is a great stay. The rooms are simple but clean and cozy, and the neighborhood is safe and within walking distance from all the great restaurants in downtown Los Gatos. Easy, free parking, super friendly front desk, and just an all around great experience. This is our go-to in Los Gatos. It is by far the best place we've stayed there, and the prices are very reasonable too :)

the beds were to small, the linens had marks on them, the blankets would cover 1 person comfortably, the flooring was coming up, the refrigerator was noisy, the electrical was wuestionable considering the large outlet was attached to the side of the frigerator.

Beautiful location, comfy room, really nice bed. Wonderful staff. There’s more about the area and my stay in my other review for the second half of my stay in a different room. Love this place.

This room had a connecting door to another room. You could hear everything next door.

I liked this property so much that when I had to extend my reservation and my room was booked, I just reserved another room. Being in town for an extended time and being able to stay in such a nice place was amazing. I had liked the old room, but this one was definitely a step up. It had a kitchen with kitchenware, big bathroom, eating table, and a work area. it was great to come back to that at the end of a stressful day. Plus, I was able to do laundry during my stay. The rooms are all behind gated garden or patio areas, so it feels very secure as well as being pretty. The area is really nice, with a lot of cute looking shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. I was only able to visit one eatery due to my schedule, but the nachos at the Mexican restaurant right across the street were excellent. The staff was really nice and very helpful — Nancy and Karen were excellent, and special shout out to the wonderful Patty who helped get my first room sorted and told me about the nachos. (Apologies if I missed anyone)

There is a little bit of traffic noise that you can hear, but it’s not terrible. My bed had a depression in the mattress from previous sleepers, but as I was alone I could sleep in the middle. It was comfortable there.

The location, right in the heart of Los Gatos

You couldn’t sit on the side of the bed without slipping off. The bathroom was substandard: no safety bars or strips in the tub/shower; the plunger for the sink was so close to the wall that you could barely pull it up;. The WI-FI was intermittent. Had trouble with the key for the security gat. It had DISH network and we weren’t able to get network stations - ABC, CBS and NBC.

Everything. I was there for a Class reunion and it was nearby everything and other people.
