Matress tended to roll you toward the middle and creaked on the side toward the window as you sat down on it as if the frame was cracked. Thermostat showed low battery the whole stay.

We had a family emergency while there, and the staff was so amazing,caring, and helpful

Fire pit! No complaints when we gathered in lobby after wedding (a little loud at times). Breakfast was good (sausage gravy would’ve been perfect)!

they added an “incidental” charge of $50 while I was there and told me when I left it would be taken off within three days. They haven’t removed the charge. Apparently they charged me for my dog, a miniature labradoodle. She is well trained, does not shed and couldn’t tell we even had a dog. No mention of a pet charge to me, just saw it on the invoice. Looked like it was removed but it hasn’t been on my credit card.

I was overcharged. I have messaged multiple times and not gotten a reply.

The staff was all very friendly. From the man who checked us in to the woman who checked us out and everyone in between. Breakfast was good, and there was someone refilling trays and anything else frequently. The whole hotel was very clean, including the pool area and the fitness center. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.
